Dr. Dinesh Kumar V

Position: JIPMER, Puducherry.

Dinesh Kumar is an anatomist by training and currently working as Associate Professor in the Department of Anatomy, JIPMER, Puducherry
His areas of interest include surgical anatomy, radiological anatomy, and medical education. He has won several prizes for presentation of his research work.
He was one of the associate editors for the book titled, “IInd Edition of Essentials of Communication and education technology” for B.Sc. nursing. He has more than 60 publications and 6 projects in anatomy and medical education
He has been involved in conducting workshops related to communication skills, conflict management, and bioethics. He is one of the resource persons for Online MEU Certificate Course entitled conducted by the Medical Education Unit, MGMC&RI, Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth, Puducherry.
He is one of the core faculty members of the NTTC, JIPMER
He has been actively involved in online teaching of anatomy for underprivileged students joining government medical colleges of Tamil Nadu in native language (Tamil) as a community-based outreach activity.
